The Gorge
Today was the big walk throughout the gorge (14 kms). We got up early to try and get as much in during the cooler weather as possible. Walked through the gorge and visited all the sites
We were lucky to meet up with Fred the local Traditional Owner who was about to give a talk at the Art Gallery by – it was a piece of luck bumping into him as he was starting his talk – he goes and visits the site and if people are there he will answer questions and describe what the artwork is. Its’ nice to have something for nothing and for it to come from the heart.
One last gorge to look at went to.......; we think that we saved the best for last
Pretty buggered by the time we got back to camp – easier afternoon Sal and Col challenged us to a game of Trivia - they won
