View from the lookoutUp early nowhere near as cold as yesterday decided to go on to Tamworth and catch up with Virginia (who used to live in Darwin). Got into the caravan park mid afternoon – set up camp and decided to try the restaurant that Virginia and her husband owns (Outback Jacks). We also wanted to surprise her. Got in and she wasn’t working that night but Peter was there and gave her a yell that we were visiting. Organised dinner and Virginia arrived for a good chat. Lovely meals stayed for a while and then went home via taxi. Early to bed.
