The Warrumbungles
Somewhere in the mist is the observatory
Woke up to a gray rainy morning. Decided to head to the Warrumbungles to see them and if the weather isn’t getting any better will look at the observatory. The clouds were under the observatory and the fog was thick. Went through the Museum and then to the observatory to look at the telescope – thought of our friends John and Lee – they would love it here – need to put on their list of travelling destinations. Back into town to try to look for a nice coffee somewhere – bought things for dinner – decided on a BBQ – the hotel provides BBQ’s – did I mention before how nice it was??. Easy afternoon, dinner then bed.
