The Warrumbungles
The coat of arms
Thought that we would look at the Warrumbungles national park and if the weather cleared, stay a night – no it wasn’t to be. We did get to look at the camp site – saw emu’s
Emu photoAnd then we went to a couple of the walks to get the views of the mountains – pretty spectacular. From here decided to go on to Dubbo. Drove throughout the day at an easy pace and arrived in Dubbo late afternoon. Decided on the caravan park closest to the Zoo – was a big 4 anyway which are the better ones, as we pulled up saw Sally and Col’s Car. When we booked in managed to get a spot near them. Had dinner and easy night as decided to do the zoo tomorrow. Sal and Col were leaving tomorrow, but Sally offered to drop us off at the Zoo, to make it easier for us.
