Decided to make our way up the top of the Cape today. The weld on Mike’s petrol tank support broke, so it was quite noisy for a while. We all went up via Bamaga so that we can send postcards, then on to Punsand Bay. We organised a site for nights and were lead to our camping spot – priceless views right on the beach!! Set up camp for the night (Jude had the A1 camp site). Had a couple of drinks at the bar and then went for a rocksit (foun some rocks at the south side of the beach).
